We all need a little help from time to time, and as we get older having someone who can call round and ensure those jobs are completed can help put your mind at rest.  Jigsaw Homecare can provide assistance within the home to ensure that a service user can remain as independent as possible for as long as possible, whilst also feeling safe in their own home.

The services on offer can range from a general tidy of the house, such as hoovering and dusting through,  right though to meal preparation and planning, and where needed we can also assist with the shopping, be this as an accompanied trip,  or alone on the way to the visit, this service can also include the collections of prescriptions where needed.

Over the years that Jigsaw has been providing care in the community is has become clear that providing a clear routine and continuity in service is a benefit to everyone, with this in mind the company has recently invested in a computerised scheduling system, whereby key information is available to all carers who attend an appointment, this information also includes specific tasks for each appointment, so you can rest assured that the care plan is being adhered to, and this service can also provide feedback direct to your phone so that you can access feedback from each visit 24 hours a day. Please see below for an example of some of the tasks we undertake;

• Laundry including hanging to dry and ironing and putting away
• Window cleaning, both inside and out (ground floor only outside)
• Shopping Calls – Accompanied or Unaccompanied including Prescription Collections
