“Dear Jigsaw,

I was going to wait a month or so before writing to you , but I have decided i need to tell you now how i feel.

The difference in how i feel after only ten days with Jigsaw is astonishing, everyone who knows me has commented how different i look and sound. And i must say i have been delighted with everyone i have had call on me.
You obviously choose your staff with great care and it is very telling that they all like each other too.

I feel so lucky i was slotted into your caseload, and when i saw the invoice this morning i realised i was paying no more for private care than that provided by the county council, and for at least twice the time too because i never got the time i paid for previously

My daughter is so happy and relieved because she knew i was close to giving up and when she sent your number to me she never thought i would call you. She is covered in Brownie points!

I must stop gushing, i just wanted to let you know how Jigsaw has turned my life around and to send my thanks
